Description

Red Lake Currant is a medium size shrub that is typically grown to produce bright red berries which are good for jam, preserves, deserts and wine-making . The berries have a tart taste and a juicy texture. Prolific producer that form medium to large sized and juicy berries that can be eaten fresh off of the plant, or processed.

Berries hold well on the bush. Cold-hardy.

Will come potted in 2G pots.

Will mature approximately 4-5ft tall and 3-5ft wide. Recommended spacing is 4-5ft apart.
