Strawberry Season
Our June Strawberry season is now over. We thank everyone that came out.
Our day-neutral strawberries will produce a small harvest likely at the end of August and October, however quantities will be limited.
At Blackstock Berries we believe in sustainable farming practices, as such, we do not spray our strawberries with any toxic chemicals. Making them both delicious and good for you! Nothing beats the taste of fresh strawberries. They're an excellent source of vitamin C, manganese, folate, potassium and are very rich in antioxidants.
Jewel
One of the most popular strawberry plants, the Jewel is a mid-season variety with excellent size, very good firmness, bright red glossy colour with a great flavor.
Seascape Ever-bearing
Seascape strawberry is a day neutral variety that produces strawberries well into the fall, extending our growing season. The strawberries have very good size, very good firmness, bright red colour with excellent flavour.
Bounty
A late variety with very good hardiness and good productivity. The strawberries are very large in size, medium firmness, dark red colour with a sweet flavour.
