Valor (European) Plum

Description

Valor is a  very sweet and juicy! It produces a heavy crop of large firm fruit with a deep purple flesh. Ripens very late in the season. Ideal for eating fresh off the tree, baking and  cooking. Developed in Canada by Vineland.

Self pollinating but yields and fruit size does increase when planting another European plum variety, such as Stanley or Victory.

Trees are grafted on Krymsk 86 rootstock, trees will mature 12-15ft.

Zone: 5-7

Ripens: Mid/Late September

Trees are potted in 3-4G pots and are currently about 4ft.
