Description

Stardust is a new variety that is the only self pollinating white cherry and is often considered the sweetest. It was bred and developed in Summerland, BC and is a late maturing blush sweet cherry that is light orange/red and yellow. The fruit has a heart-shape, with good size and firmness. They have a creamy-white flesh and an excellent flavour. Fruit ripens over several days making them a great choice for the home gardener. White flesh cherries are known for their exceptional taste and are best when eaten fresh off the tree.

Suitable for zones 5-8.

Ripens: Late July

Self pollinating but yields do increase when planting another late season variety such as Hedelfingen or Benton.

These are dwarf trees that will mature around 10ft in height, on Gisela 5 rootstock.  Trees are two years old.

Sold as potted trees that will be 4-6ft tall at the time of pickup.
